BODYCHURCH by Bella™ is a 60 minute sensual embodiment class where participants are guided through a sequence of practices rooted in Yin Yoga, Daoist Tantra, Non-Linear Movement and Sensual Dance lineages.
Currently offered as a 6 week term where participants commit to attending all classes.
The intention of these classes is to utilise long yet gentle holds, repetition of non-linear movements and attunement to subtlety to drop into a deeply embodied and blissful state.
BODYCHURCH is a sanctuary for feminine restoration. Where we come to our mats every Sunday in devotion to our radiance, magnetism, receptivity, allure, softness, sensuality and openness.
What you need to know:
No dance experience required. No choreography taught.
Offered as a 6 week term, you must commit to all classes.
Term begins Sunday April 27th. Sessions run on Sunday evenings with a break on Mother’s Day May 11th.
