Terms of service.
The services provided by Isabella Harrison, including embodiment teaching, somatic sexuality coaching, women’s mentoring, and ceremonial facilitation, are designed to support personal growth, healing, and transformation. However, these services are distinctly different from medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and they do not address the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. As such, these services do not qualify as medical consultations, psychotherapy, or psychoanalysis, and health insurance is not applicable.
Agreement
By entering into this agreement and engaging in any services provided by Isabella Harrison, you (the Client) accept full responsibility for your own progress and the results you may experience as a result of the sessions. While I, as the facilitator, will guide and support you throughout the process, the success of the journey relies on your wholehearted participation, preparation, and commitment to the integration of the experience. You acknowledge that the outcomes of each session may vary significantly between clients, and that these results are not guaranteed.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions will be held in the strictest confidence. However, there are exceptions to this confidentiality:
1. Imminent Risk or Harm: Disclosure may be necessary to prevent clear and imminent harm to yourself or others.
2. Legal Requirements: If required by law, confidential information may be disclosed.
Payment
Payment is due in full for each session at the time of booking. Please note that there are no refunds for change of mind in order to honor the limited number of clients I work with each month. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may notify me at least 48 hours in advance to request rescheduling or to discuss alternative arrangements.
Changes & Cancellations
Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the full session fee being charged. Your consideration of my time and the sacredness of this work is greatly appreciated.
Facilitator Cancellations: In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness), I will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule the session at the earliest available opportunity. In the event of a cancellation by me, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of the cancellation.
Workshops, Immersions, and Courses: All payments for workshops, immersions, and courses are non-refundable. However, any amount paid may be transferred to a future course or session of your choosing.
Waiver & Indemnity
You acknowledge and consent that the processes facilitated in our work together, including embodiment teaching and in-person events, may bring up deep emotional releases, physical tensions, or past traumas. You are choosing to engage in this work with full awareness of this potential and accept responsibility for your own experience. By agreeing to these terms, you voluntarily waive and release any claims of liability, indemnifying Isabella Harrison from any responsibility for your personal experience or outcomes, including but not limited to any injuries, emotional or physical discomfort, or other effects arising from participation in in-person events, embodiment classes, and related activities. This waiver and indemnity apply to both individual and group sessions.
The Nature of the Feminine
As a facilitator, my commitment is to honor and embody the Feminine Principle. This means that I am devoted to remaining true to the needs of the space and the process as they emerge, and this may require me to adapt the content, structure, or scheduling of sessions to remain in alignment with that commitment. By agreeing to work with me, you acknowledge and accept this dynamic and flexible approach to facilitation.
Agreement and Consent
By booking and engaging in any services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You accept full responsibility for your participation in this work and consent to the facilitation and processes as described.
